The emphasis on the Optima Elite is interesting. There aren't that many good photos of the Optimas that show up in a Google image search. Perhaps the click through traffic is uneven for lack of competition.I'm glad you pointed out the statistics function. I hadn't checked in awhile and I tracked back to great referring site that I've added to my feed.My blog has only been up a few months and is just recently starting to get search traffic. The ICA folding camera was the primary recent search. The majority of my hits come from the Typosphere and Strikethru. The world audience map is my favorite thing in the stats section.
Interesting! I should get an Optima Elite to drive up traffic :-DI think what is happening is that there are so many hits for Hermes and Olympia that your posts aren't necessarily appearing on the first page of the search results. As for me, my most viewed post by far is the mint-green Hermes Baby I posted in July or August 2010... search results at work, I suppose.
Very interesting, indeed. In my little blog, most visitors come from Mexico, latin America and Spain; but I've received the occasional visit from Germany, Russia, and this week someone actually hailed from Romania. As for my most-sought typewriters, I'd have to say that the entries on the IBM Selectric are among the most visited, followed by the entries on the history of the typewriter and the printing technologies used on typing machines.
Many visitors come to me by searching for "Lexikon 80."
Most of mine are for my Japanese Olympia B12. Second is the Underwood Standard 4 Bank Portable.
