This is amazing: how would they go through all the trouble of reconstructing this typewriter model, when they could have taken a "real one" and just refurbished it? From a history point of view, Bahnhofstrasse is the perfect place: many major typewriter agencies had their sales points in this very street.
Hi all, Louis Vuitton licensed this work from us - the Zurich post - it's a reporduction of the 007 by Kasbah Mod - which is of course a 1940's Smith Corona gold-plated by us ; )

Shordzi beat me to the comment... gotta say it is a very good reproduction; it does look like a proper, pre-1950s typewriter.
... Now they should cover it in fancy fabric with their logo embossed in the frontispiece...
